“This place was amazing! We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Our family of 7 (plus our dog) stayed at the Red Bungalow and there was plenty of room for all of us. The amenities were top-notch and the house was beautiful. Gareth and his team were very responsive and when the TV wouldn’t work they had it replaced in time for us to watch the new years festivities. They also providedus with hiking and restaurant recomendations around thee area and were super open chocolate lab tagging along on our trip. 10/10, 2 thumbs up! We will definintly be back!”

“The Red Cottage is a gem. We’ve stayed at the larger house on the same property, and now the smaller house. Both are great! With just the 2 of us, the smaller cottage was perfect this time. The porch swing is an obvious winner. With the bedroom windows open we listened to bird songs and felt the evening breeze. Walked to town several times for meals. Square Root is awesome and has a nice dog-friendly patio. You won’t regret choosing this.”

We enjoyed watching the most amazing sunsets on the deck and slept with the windows open in the most comfortable bed ever…. An all-night breeze is included. Stop looking and book this gem. “This cozy cottage embraces the vibe of Brevard, modern amenities yet charming. The cottage is close enough to the downtown area but not in the middle of the “traffic”, 5 minute slow walk to breakfast and grocery store. Short driving distance to pristine natural beauty of Pisgah National Park and The Blue Ridge Highway. The fenced in area was golden for our two active dogs, the porch swing was a perfect vantage point to watch them play. The atmosphere of the property is relaxing and the host (Gareth) is very friendly and available if needed.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Gareth's house. We were in Brevard for a concert at Brevard College, and the location was excellent for its proximity to the town and the college campus. The house was very well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. It would be a wonderful place to stay in the summer to be able to enjoy the back deck and the front porch. It has a nice space outdoors for bicycles and other equipment if someone is coming to Brevard to participate in outdoor activities. The sitting area was comfortable and accommodated our group well. We did not cook any meals while we were there, but the kitchen is very well equipped to cook big meals with plenty of counter space and a large table. We will definitely keep this house on our list for future trips to Brevard.”

“This home was lovely. Well appointed, very convenient location and perfectly clean. The fenced-in yard was loved by us and our dog as it was nice to just open the door and let him wander around without worry. Downtown is about a mile away as are grocery stores, etc. with Pisgah National Forest about 5-10 minutes away. Great host as well, very communicative.”
