Perry is my Brevard-based business partner. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and domestic engineering as well as her incredible staff at Pretty Place Properties, she keeps the NC properties in 5-star sparkling clean shape. She is also an avid outdoor adventurist and has been calling Brevard’s mountains, rivers and trails home for over 15 years. Well-connected in the local food, music, and beer culture she always has great recommendations for things to do throughout the year. She also guides fly fishing trips with Beast Coast Anglers in her spare time.

Nicole is an experienced professional cleaner and she and her family live on a horse ranch in the Teton Valley. Their lives are all about the outdoors. Spending their time on the rivers and trails of this beautiful area. Nicole never misses a detail and is dedicated to making your stay at the Tiny House an unforgettable one!

Hey I’m Gareth, I have poured my heart into creating unique spaces for others to enjoy. My goal is to host premium lodging experiences for each of my guests every time. I’ve traveled the world for over 2 decades and know intimately how much your lodging can affect the experience of a place. I still travel in my camper van when not living in one of my rentals. My other job is operating my adventure videography and photography company Session Studios. I am a dog lover and adventure addict. I like to bike, kayak, ski, fish, etc.
