The Property
A taste of the mountains with the convenience of an in-town location. The house, built in 2022, is nestled on a big fenced-in lot and offers guests the best in comfort, amenities, and indoor/outdoor living areas. Ideally situated between downtown Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah Forest, the Chalet is on the ever-growing Rails and Trails bike path that can take you anywhere. Great for just a couple or the whole family!
The Space
You will enjoy many unique features at this beautiful mountain home, such as a sweeping rock staircase just past the entry gate surrounded by a large native plant garden and an elevated back deck designed for lounging, grilling, and entertaining friends, and there is even a private hot tub! Inside. The large living room has comfortable leather furniture and a 65-inch TV with surround sound. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, and in the upstairs bedrooms one is a suit with a desk nook and a king bed, and the other has a queen bed and a bunk bed with twin mattresses. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.
This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own! Please let us know if you will be bringing pets as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional pet after the forst 2. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee. We need to be notified and the pet fee paid before checking in or there will be an extra $50 charge.
There is ample parking for several cars in the front of the house.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home and the fenced-in lot.

The Chalet is on Chestnut Street on the East side of Brevard. Chestnut is a quiet street that runs parallel to Broad Street. This gives the house a neighborhood feel but is one block away from dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops, and more.
Getting Around
Centrally located you can easily walk to stores for anything you need and ride a bike to downtown Brevard or Pisgah National Forest.
“This is an absolutely beautiful property located near Brevard College and not far from Brevards Main Street. Gareth was super responsive even though it was over the Christmas holiday. There were freezing temperatures in the area during our stay so we were not able to enjoy the deck but hope to return to do so. Highly recommend..”
