The Property
Come for skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, wildlife, everything the Tetons have to offer! And be able to walk or bike to downtown. This brand new custom-built Tiny House is the perfect base camp for your Eastern Idaho and Wyoming Teton adventure. Location couldn’t be better for accessing this amazing area.
Watch amazing sunset/sunrise, stargaze, grill out, have a fire, and reset after a big day in the mountains. A full kitchen, full bath, and two cozy lofts make this a truly unique stay.
The Space
This beautiful house is full of windows and has 310 square feet of living space that is laid out in a way that creates distinct separate spaces to hang out in which works well for families or two couples. Spaces include a private bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, two large lofts, and a large wrap-around deck.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There is a washer/dryer combo unit for your use. An electric mini-split heating/cooling HVAC unit and a ceiling fan will keep you cool or toasty warm as well there is a backup wall-mounted blue flame propane heater for extra warmth if desired.
There are several desk options for remote working, in the living room and in both lofts.
Please note there are no ladders to climb but you must be able to climb steep stairs to access the lofts.
Guest Access
The Teton Valley Tiny House is placed on a beautiful 3 acre lot owned by Greg and Heali who live in a log cabin here full time. There are goats and chickens and an adorable Britney Spaniel puppy named Drifter.
You will have your own driveway and parking area and full private access to the house.
Minutes from downtown Victor, ID. Easy walk or bike ride to the famous Victor market and all the restaurants.

Other Things to Note
On occasion Greg and Haeli allow their goats to roam free on the lot while they supervise. Also the puppy Drifter is often out running around.

The house is on the South side of town and is an easy bike ride or walk to all the shops and restaurants in Victor. The location couldn’t be better with only a quick 10 min drive to the base of the Teton Pass, 45 min to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 45 min to Grand Targhee, 30 min to the South Fork Snake, 15 min to Teton Creek, the list goes on.
Getting Around
We are located just a few blocks from downtown Victor. Walking or biking to town is very easy.
